Sarah Lüngen has been part of the music industry for more than twelve years now. Until January 2023, she worked as a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) manager at Goodlive and has worked for Virgin Records and the German Rolling Stone magazine. As far back as 2012, the biology graduate expanded her portfolio by implementing sustainability strategies for festivals such as Melt and Splash. In 2018, she started her own business under the name What Sarah Said. In 2021, she founded The Changency – Agentur für nachhaltigen Wandel together with Katrin Wipper to actively shape the ecologically friendly transformation of the music industry. Since the start of their agency they have worked with artists* like Seeed, Die Ärzte, Die Toten Hosen, AnnenMayKantereit and festivals like the PULS Open Air. In addition to volunteering with Music Declares Emergency, she is active in the sustainability working group of the Berlin Music Commission.
